Kaushik led the foundation of Malaria No More India program with a landscaping of the policy and funding landscape and an investment case around malaria spending and antimalarial drugs, leading to the foundational strategy of MNM.

Kaushik helped shape several national and state level planning of the governments for malaria elimination and built state level capacities through strategic support unit, coalition, and workshops.

Kaushik worked in over 15 business planning and led the implementation of real world projects. E.g., Malaria Matchbox Toolkit, Odisha Strategic Support Unit, MERIT model, KAP survey, Private Provider mapping, Malaria Mapathon, etc.
